The Danish Purchase Act's defect rules can apply to goods purchases.

When you shop at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com, you have a 24-month warranty.
If 24 months have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Depending on the specific situation you can either get the goods exchanged, the money back or a discount. The complaint has to be justified and the defect must not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must complain within a reasonable time of maximum two months after discovering the defect.

Cancellation of purchase:

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. If you wish to make use of your right of cancellation, you must notify us before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the manner in which it operates.
In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store.
You must test the item, but do not use it. It is sufficient that before the deadline, you have surrendered the return goods to the postal service or another company that has undertaken shipment to Real Relief. If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a refund on your used debit card or by transfer to your bank account at no cost to you. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted.
We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel the agreement, provided we have received the goods returned or documentation for return. We may withhold the refund until we have returned the goods, unless you have previously submitted documentation to have returned it.
Real Relief does not receive packages sent per. COD.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When you return the item, please include a description of the error.
Remember to state the order number.
