Shipping in Denmark:

Shipping in Denmark is free of cost. The order will be delivered within 5 working days.

Shipping outside of Denmark:
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received.
The order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
The shipping costs DKK 37,50 or EUR 5 for any order to be shipped outside of Denmark.

Order receipt and shipment:
When you receive an email from us confirming your order, make sure that it matches your order and that your contact information is correct. If you find errors in the order confirmation or, if you have changes to your order, please contact Real Relief immediately at

Check the goods at reception:
When you receive your goods, please check that the package is undamaged. Otherwise, contact Real Relief by emailing or call 7556 1650.

Reservations are made for any errors, price changes and sold or discontinued products at any order. We always try to update our inventory status on an ongoing basis, but sometimes errors occur. If you unfortunately choose a product that is out of stock or expired, we will always contact you by phone or mail.
